1. Refunds and Cancellations

All payments made to TRES Client Acquisition Pte. Ltd. for services are non-refundable. Once payment is received, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including unused or partially used services.

If you wish to cancel a booked service or engagement, please notify us in writing at [email protected]. Any cancellation will not result in a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion, depending on availability.

2. Service Delivery

We are committed to delivering services as agreed in your engagement or project scope. If you have concerns about the delivery or quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can review and address the matter.
